Gut 360 is a complete, guided ritual, with each phase designed to follow the one before it. You begin with RE:SET, move into the daily RE:PAIR phase, and complete the journey with RE:STORE.

The included phase card makes it easy to see where you are in the ritual and what comes next. The sequence is intentional: complete each phase before moving to the next.

You’ll receive one complete Gut 360 kit containing the products and guidance needed for the full protocol. Instead of deciding what to take at each stage, you’ll have a clear sequence to follow from the first phase to the last.

One kit. Three phases. One guided ritual.

Gut 360 brings together three distinct phases, each with its own role and routine:

  • RE:SET — Overnight Phase: Taken before bed during the opening phase of the ritual. It is designed to prepare you for the phases that follow.
  • RE:PAIR — Daily Phase: Take one capsule after breakfast and one after dinner for 30 days. This phase is designed to support digestion and everyday gut health.
  • RE:STORE — Retain Phase: Take one capsule after breakfast and one after dinner for the next 30 days. This phase is designed to support ongoing gut-health maintenance.

Gut 360 follows a simple three-phase sequence: RE:SET → RE:PAIR → RE:STORE.

Begin with the RE:SET phase at bedtime, following the supplied phase card. Then move into 30 days of RE:PAIR, followed by 30 days of RE:STORE. During the two capsule phases, take one capsule after breakfast and one after dinner.

Complete each phase before beginning the next; do not overlap phases. If you miss a dose, continue with the next scheduled dose rather than doubling up.
